The Team

EPOCH is the product of the hard work of several editorial teams over the past four years. Established in 2020 by the founding team, it has since been cared for and developed by teams of dedicated PhD students who have given their time and talents to make the magazine what it is today.

The Founding Team

Back in 2020, the PhD community at Lancaster had the idea to create a publication for postgraduates to publish their work so that they might reach a wider audience outside of academia.

Former Editors

As the founding team began to step back to focus on their PhD theses, new members of the community at Lancaster joined EPOCH. Through their hard work, the magazine has achieved, and surpassed, all that the founding team hoped it could.
